Born: March 22, 1976, Ginger was raised in Norman, Oklahoma and currently makes her home in Oklahoma City. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Houston in 1999, then received her Juris Doctorate in 2003 from Saint Louis University School of Law. Ms. Maxted visited away at the University of Oklahoma School of Law for her final year of legal training. Ms. Maxted is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma.
Ms. Maxted is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association; She is a member of the South Oklahoma City Lawyers Association. Her primary areas of practice are: civil litigation, complex civil litigation, real estate litigation, personal injury, corporate strategy and structure, and collections. Ms. Maxted's seminars include: STARK, HIPAA and FDCPA for physicians; Physician Billing and Third Party Billing; and Physician Collections. Ms. Maxted has an extensive medical background giving her an in depth understanding of issues in medical cases. In addition to her legal training and experience, Ms. Maxted has a fifteen year history of teaching and public speaking. She and her family are committed to public service and active in the Methodist Church.
