Ginger K. Maxted

Ms. Maxted has been in private practice since 2004. Her practice areas include: all areas of health law including: elder law, nursing home abuse and negligent elder care, civil litigation, personal injury, complex civil litigation, and corporate strategy and structure. Ms. Maxted's Seminars include: STARK, HIPPA AND FDCPA for physicians; Physician Vendor Relationships; Physical Billing and Third Party Billing; and Physician Collections; NBI 2008 - "How to Present Your Case at Trial". NBI 2009 "Countering Discovery Abuse" OBA 2010- "Ethical Considerations in Prosecuting and Defending the Nursing Home Case". Ms. Maxted is the founding member of Oklahoma Advocates a group of Attorneys Experienced in advocating for the rights of the Elderly and Vulnerable. Ms. Maxted is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Association for Justice American "Advocate" 2009, the Oklahoma Association for Justice, South Oklahoma City Lawyers Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma. Ms. Maxted has served as Table Captain for the Oklahoma League for the Blind; and currently serves as a Council member for the North Side YMCA; and a member of Edmond Specialty Hospital's Board of Directors, and Ethics Board. Ms. Maxted and her family are members of Mission Linc, a group of Christians dedicated to community service. Ms. Maxted and her family are members of the North Side Ymca where she coaches soccer.
