James W. Stout

James W. Stout is an experienced trial lawyer with extensive civil litigation and courtroom experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stout clerked for the Honorable Judge Deborah Barnes of the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals before going into private practice at one of Oklahoma’s largest personal injury firms where he successfully represented over 200 clients, obtaining the monetary awards that they deserved.

Mr. Stout graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He previously served as a distinguished member of the OCU Law Review Journal publication. Mr. Stout is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Oklahoma Association for Justice. He is licensed to practice in all state district courts within the State of Oklahoma.

His areas of practice include Medical Malpractice, Insurance Disputes, Construction Defect (commercial and residential), Breach of Contract, Real Estate Issues, Nursing Home Abuse, Personal Injury and Defective Products.
